Sweet Magnolia Properties is a small business based out of South Carolina. We have strong roots of our faith in God and a strong conviction of our love for America. We are trying to do our small part to help make your local neighborhood better.

We know that everyone and their situations are different, we will strive to make the process as easy as possible to create a win-win situation for both parties. We are looking to help people who may be unable to pay taxes or the mortgage.
